If you wish to have a chaperone at your appointment then please either ask at reception when booking, or when you book in, or speak to the clinician when you go in for your appointment. At any stage of your appointment you can ask for a chaperone, so do not hesitate to ask. Clinical staff are used for the chaperoning role and should introduce themselves by name when they attend the appointment in this capacity.
