Please be aware that some other local surgeries have had reports from concerned patients who have received fraudulent communications which claim to be from their surgeries, and they have asked for banking details and personal information.

West Oak Surgery will never ask you for your bank details and will only ask you for relevant personal information. If anyone contacts you asking for these details then please do not hesitate to report it to us.
